MUM-TO-BE SPA DAY
This relaxing spa day is perfect for mums-to-be to relax and indulge before the baby arrives. The day includes 55 minutes worth of treatment time with:
TEMPLESPA | NEW BEGINNINGS Pregnancy is a most wonderful time that require treatments specially designed for you. You will enjoy a full body massage, without the need to lie on your tummy. Our specially trained therapists know exactly how to work those sore, tired and aching muscles while you feel completely comfortable and relaxed.
The treatment is complete with a face and scalp massage leaving your skin feeling baby soft all over. You never know, your little bambino might enjoy the sense of calm too!
£105 per person Monday to Thursday | £120 per person Friday to Sunday
Your Spa Day also includes:
- A welcome tea or coffee with toast and jam on arrival
- The use of a robe and towels for the day
- Complimentary tea and coffee throughout the day in the Spa Lounge
- Full use of our refurbished gym with its band new high-end cardio machines and new functional training area
- Exclusive access to our Spa Relaxation Room reserved just for our Spa Day guests
- Full use of our indoor pool, spa bath, sauna and steam room
- Access to our extensive fitness classes
- One course lunch in our lounge bar area or on the terrace
This Spa Day is also available at weekends for a £10 per person supplement

Terms and Conditions
Pregnancy
We offer specially designed treatments for expectant mothers. Please note that some of our Spa experiences may be unsuitable during pregnancy and we do not offer massage or facial treatments during the first trimester.
Double Treatment Room
Our double treatment room is ideal for couples or friends to share their treatment time together. Please request this service on booking if required.
Spa Treatments
We ask you to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your treatment time. As a courtesy to all our guests we do operate a prompt appointment schedule so late arrival may mean that your treatment time is reduced. All treatment times quoted include treatment, preparation and consultation.
The spa reserves the right to alter your treatment times on the day if necessary
Age Requirements
The minimum age requirement to have spa treatments or participate in Spa Days and Experiences is 16. Restrictions apply for 16 and 17 year olds and will need approval/accompaniment of guardian. Booking & Cancellation Policy
Please book in advance to avoid disappointment. Reservations cannot be confirmed without credit or debit card details and must be paid in full at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
We require 7 days notice of cancellation and/or rescheduling of Spa days and Spa experiences and 48hrs for treatments after which a 100% charge will be made.
Medical Questions
Regular Spa use can be extremely beneficial to your health but it is important that you highlight any health conditions, allergies, medication or injuries that may affect your choice of Spa treatment or exercise options when making your reservation. You will be asked on arrival to complete a questionnaire on your health and lifestyle so that we can give you the best and safest possible experience.
